How Pyrolysis works

Pyrolysis is a high-temperature, oxygen-free process that decomposes tyres into three primary products:
1. Pyrolytic Oil: A fuel substitute with a high calorific value, suitable for industrial applications.
2. Carbon Black: Reused in manufacturing rubber products, paints, and inks.
3. Steel Wire: Extracted and recycled for use in construction and manufacturing

Pyrolysis Process
1. Collection: We gather discarded tires from across Louisiana.
2. Processing: The tires are subjected to temperatures over 500°C in our pyrolysis reactors.
3. By-Products: The process generates reusable oil, carbon black, and steel, with zero waste
